Taiwan's baking industry has considerable strength in technology, marketing, packaging and innovation, with annual business opportunities of nearly 60 billion yuan; the 2022 Taipei International Baking and Equipment Show will be held for the first time this year with the theme "Comfortable Baking, Heal Your Heart" As the annual theme, it will be officially exhibited at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall 1 from March 17th (Thursday) to March 20th (Sunday), inviting Chinese people to experience the healing and comfort brought by delicious baked pastries. All well-known domestic pastries are gathered on site. There are 350 brands and equipment manufacturers and more than 1,300 booths.
