This Dispenser is a great addition to all kinds of advanced production lines that use more than one dough mix. In this pineapple bun production line, it adds the additional layer onto the already filled and formed bun. This layer gives the product the characteristic “pineapple skin” that it is renowned for. The dough is fed from the tin-screw hopper into the vertical depositor through a dough feed regulator, ensuring steady deposition and great repeatability. The conveyor belt is powered by a servo motor which allows for accurate positioning of the top sheet on the bun.
An optical sensor provides automatic stop/start of conveyor belt to prevent collisions between the buns. A control wheel allows for quick speed adjustments of the conveyor belt at any time during operation, allowing for intermittent or continuous working functions.
The top sheet is finally disposed through a narrow slit that protects the dough inside the machine from contamination. It also ensures steady deposition and correct placement of the dough sheets.
A fully adjustable dough scraper ensures the conveyor belt is clean, and scraps are taken care of automatically. An easy to remove tray catches the residue from the conveyor belt.
