The YJ-1910 can handle all types of dough and is our most versatile model of dough forming machines. This model is your best choice for Low-Gluten dough commonly used in flaky pastry. Speed, thickness and a variety of other settings can be adjusted allowing for high quality consistent and precise weight tolerances. Different conveyor lengths including custom length are available to support additional filling stations or other processes.
The “Tank series” is equipped with the unique Gradual Sheeting Device. This is one of Yangjenq’s latest inventions. Flaky pastry requires crispy and high oil content dough for best results. This type of low gluten dough band can be complicated to handle especially on a large production scale. Yangjenq’s Gradual Sheeting device has proven to yield the best results and is a perfect solution for mass production of flaky pastries.
With the “Tank Series” each roller station and conveyor belt speed are independently controlled through our user friendly control panel. The operator can easily adjust other machines parameters such as filling 1 and 2, dusting, cutting, side winder speed and more… The menu guided system is language independent & the large symbols are self-explanatory.
Large satellite heads with one lower roller treats the dough band particularly gently. In this way the dough sheet stays free of tension and the dough maintains its integrity.
Adjustable Rollers on each side help contain the dough as it is fed into the machine, the roller positions can be adjusted during operation for more accurate control of sheet width.
The final set of Calibrating Rollers with a height gauge allows for fine tuning of sheet thickness. Two roller guides on either side of the dough path are manually adjustable to form the desired edge on the dough sheet.
Low dusting position prevents flour scattering and keeps plant environment clean.
The industrial flour duster allows for automatic dusting of dough band or directly on conveyor surface. This ensures the dough band will not stick to conveyors and rollers delivering smooth operations. Speed Rate is adjustable, Hopper Capacity: 2 L.
Operator can conveniently provide the dough sheet with its desired width while at the same time correcting any eventual line tension in the dough sheet. Adjustable range: 50-130 mm.
The winding position and angle can be adjusted as desired. The Side Winder is a modular design and can be attached to the conveyor tables of all production lines. Various shaping tools can be attached on the make-up table, and automatically form product into a required shape.
The optical sensors provide automatic stop/start of dough path to prevent collisions between the different dough stations.
Castors allow easy positioning of equipment in your workshop. Heavy duty leveling mount ensures proper machine level after installation.
